The combination of too much dressing, cheese or croutons could spell double trouble.
Keep water bottles nearby to stay hydrated throughout the day. Dark yellow urine is a sign of dehydration (unless you consume (a) certain medications, (b) vitamin B supplements, (c) lots of black berries, (d) asparagus, (e) to name a few).
