It can be used one or two ways:
1. You get a Military Beachbody Coach Discount. For example, you save 25% on all Beachbody products
that you purchase, such as:
a. Shaun T’s Insanity.
b. P90X.
c. Shakeology.
d. 21 Day Fix.
e. Turbo Fire.
f. and much, much more.
2. You also have the ability to make money, where you can earn a 25% commission on all Beachbody
products.
For example,
a. If you refer P90X or Turbo Fire, you collect up to $30 per transaction.
b. If you refer 3 people to Shakeology, you collect up to $90 of residual income.
c. and much, much more.

1. Download the Fax Cover Sheet here and follow the instructions.
2. Download the Beachbody Coach Military Application here – I have highlighted the fields you need to
complete.
3. Fill out form along with the required documents (see below).
4. Fax paperwork to our secure fax at (213) 201-7225 or via email
to coachrelations@teambeachbody.com.
5. Send me an email at changeufitness@aol.com to let me know that you submitted the application.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT?
1. Copy of your active duty orders.
2. BIR (Basic Information Record).
3. LES (Leave and Earnings Statement).
4. Proof of Service letter.
