ChaLEAN Extreme Insanity Hybrid Details.
I created a ChaLEAN Extreme Insanity Hybrid because I needed to take my fitness into new direction. As I write this article, I am finishing up this hybrid series as we speak. Everyone always ask me “what are you doing, how are doing it…” I must admit it’s a nice change from all the non-stop craziness Shaun T puts you through.
Oh by the way, ChaLEAN Extreme is an excellent program. I wish more men would learn to embrace it. It all comes down to what you make it. If you want a challenge then go heavy. If you want to take the easy road then don’t go heavy. Of Course with Insanity, you can expect Shaun T to push you beyond your limits. Are you ready to add insane cardio and weight training to your workout?
Below is my version of a ChaLEAN Extreme Insanity hybrid that helped me take my fitness to a another level. I don’t recommend attempting this schedule until you become an Insanity graduate. The reason for this is because high intensity workouts like Insanity push your heart rate sky high.
