Fitness Tips Of The Day:

1. For the first month, sit down each weekend and write down what you did towards your goal. This will motivate you to keep up the good work or get back on target!

2. Warm up before you work out. It can help you reduce injuries and perform better.

3. Always stretch after you work out. It can help you reduce muscle fatigue.

4. The more you work out, the better you feel.

 

Diet and Exercise Tips.

1. Eat more fruits and raw veggies (change your diet).

2. Drink more water. You won’t eat as much if your stomach feels full.

3. Get plenty of sleep (at least 8 hours each night).

4. Watch the portions of food you put into your mouth.

5. Don’t eat carbs at night.

6. Drink Shakeology each day.

7. No late night snacks. That’s where the problem starts!

8. Eat energy foods to fuel your work out routines.

9. Don’t over exercise. Listen to your body for signs of stress.

 

Fitness tips and tricks.

1. The muscle in your body is made up of protein. If you eat more protein and start doing workouts each day, a lot of things you put into your body can help build muscle.

2. Eat 4 or 6 meals a day so your body never stores fat. You want to keep the food recycling through your body so you don’t store fat.

3. You have to push your body to the next level. Something that works for a 90-year old lady with gout and weak knees does not work for a 35-year old woman.

 

Fitness and exercise tips:

1. Choose the stairs instead of the elevator. Each step adds up!

2. Find fun things you can do with your kids. Don’t use your kids as an excuse for not working out.

3. Park far away from the mall entrance.

4. Add an exercise plan to your diet.

5. Run with your dog.

 

Regular exercise helps:

1. improve your heart health.

2. provide better sleep.

3. you fight stress.

4. boost your mood.

5. you feel and look better.

6. you live longer.
