What’s So Great About Shaun T’s New Focus T25 Program?

I am super excited about the new Focus T25 product coming this summer! You can get a total workout in just 25 minutes a day, 5 times a week. For those of you fighting for time and you just can’t get in that hour, this program is for you. It’s short, to the point and focused, so you can be on your way. You focus on different body parts and different muscle groups at all periods of the workout. It’s a very well-rounded workout with no breaks! Shaun T created this program to push you to the limit with short, high intensity exercises. It’s your job to keep pace at your fitness level. No slacking off! If you struggle, just keep going! You will eventually do the whole 25 minutes. The goal is to let you workout for 25 minutes and get the great results you would see in a hour workout.

 

T25 is broken down into 3 phases.

1. Alpha phase. This Phase is 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week. It’s balanced between resistance and cardio training. It’s set to music, which is different from how they approached the Insanity program. The Alpha Phase sets the stage for the rest of the series. It’s one month of preparing your body to really work, and get the foundation you need to focus and hone in.

2. Beta phase. It focuses on core and functional fitness to tightened and toned your body. The Beta Phase is also 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

3. Gamma phase. It’s all about strength.
