The 25-Minute Weight Loss Secret Trick

25-Minute Weight Loss Secret Trick – How To Slim Down For Good.

I want to share my weight loss secret trick in hopes it will help you achieve your weight loss goal. When people learn I lost more than 40 pounds and kept it off over 15 years, I get hit with questions like:

How did you get those nice abs?
How do you stay so fit?
What foods did you eat?
How many times did you fall down?
How did you stay motivated?

When you ask questions, that’s how you learn and generate new ideas. More importantly, change begins when you start asking who, what, why and how. If you want something you’ve never had, you must do something you’ve never done. Find someone who has done what you want to accomplish, and then find out what they did. Once you do that, tailor their method to fit you and your goals.

Today I want to give you one piece of advice I have shared with very few people. This applies, whether your goal is to lose 50 pounds, 100 pounds or whatever the case may be. Believe me when I say, this is not rocket science stuff. In fact, you may be surprised at how simple it is. If Mike “The Nrgizer” can do it, so can you! But just like many weight loss journeys, simplicity does not always guarantee success! And no, this is not about waving a magic wand to make your problems vanish. As long as you stick to the plan – doing your exercise, doing the well-balanced-meals (a. fruits, b. veggies, c. fish, …), you good.

With that being said, here is my 25 Minute Weight Loss Secret Trick. This is something that haunts me when I am most vulnerable.

1. Those days when I don’t have any motivation to work out.
2. The Christmas party where I see cakes and pies at every other table.
3. The days when I don’t have enough time to work out.
4. The times when I can’t lay off sweet tea refills.
5. The sporting event where I can’t resist “ballgame foods” while cheering on my favorite team.
6. The times when I don’t have the endurance to finish my final round of Insanity Oblique Push-ups.

Here’s when I dig deep into my reservoir tank to see what’s left.

For example, this past Christmas when I felt like skipping my 6:00 am Shaun T Insanity workout, I did Focus T25, the new 25 minute excuse buster workout. I said to myself, “okay Mike, you can push play for 25 minutes”. Just when you think you can’t do more, it’s like “oh my goodness I’m almost done”. Sometimes I do my Insanity workout with ease and other times I feel like I can’t keep up. There would even be days where time was not my friend. That’s why the new T25 workout makes perfect sense. It gives you great results by doing shorter workouts. You have to tell yourself, “I can give it my best shot for 25 minutes”. Why not give Focus T25 a try for 30 days risk-free? If someone said you could get great results in just 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week, would that motivate you to get healthy or lose weight? What if I said that you could have me as your personal coach, would that give you extra motivation to change your life? Just push play, and you will be amazed at the power you have with your weight loss results. I’m living proof that weight loss tips and secrets work. See my amazing before and after pics below.

One take away I want to share with you is this. You must start slow and change one thing at a time. Do not overwhelm yourself with someone else’s plan. Select an awesome workout like I did and then commit to it daily. I’m here to help if you don’t know where to start. Once you make that small change, work on your food intake, and then plug into an online support group.
