A Closer look at P90X  Plus – Upper Plus:

This workout adds a whole new dimension to your resistance training. What you get is a fast-paced circuit training workout. It’s more about synergistic movement and muscular endurance.  Think of it like doing  the Insanity Shaun T Workout with equipment. Each workout engages the core into every move that you do. The idea behind P90X Plus is a lot of synergistic movement, so you combine lots of cardio training with resistance training. This means you get your heart rate up, your blood pumping, and your muscles pumping. This is a very fast-paced workout, so you have to be ready. There are a total of 20 moves (5 moves per round).
