What is Tony and the Folks?

Tony and the Folks is a fun 30 minutes of low-impact fitness for anyone age 55 and up. It is ideal for folks in need of an easy way to work out. No need to keep up because you set your own pace. The program was created by Tony Horton and produced by Beachbody, the same company that produced world class in-home DVDs such as:
