I considered myself lean and active but when I went to college, the stress of making good grades took me off focus. As a result, I ate anything I could put my hands on during those late night study sessions. Before long, I turned into a graduating big fella. I was overweight, my blood pressure went haywire, my doctors scolded me, my friends jumped down my throat… I could not do my job, and I wanted to give up. If you feel tired and run down all the time, then your body may be telling you it needs some tender love and care. I hated being tired and run down. When someone says to you knowledge is power, believe it! The key to optimum health is a great balance between your nutrition and exercise. Here are some reasons why the body gets out of sync:
