Tips On How To Live Healthy Lifestyle.

If you can change how you think, you can change your health. If you can change your mindset, you can change your life. Living a healthy lifestyle isn’t just about weight loss, it’s means you can take steps to:

 

  1. Change U for life.

  2. Eat more fruits.

  3. Eat more veggies.

  4. Eat less sugary foods.

  5. Get more exercise.

  6. Get more sleep.

  7. Drink more water (at least 64 ounces per day).

  8. Meditate.

  9. Learn to love yourself.

10. Say no to junk food.

11. Stop smoking.

12. Take good care of you.

13. and so forth.

 

I spoke to an old friend of my dad’s about a furnace problem. In the midst of his good wisdom, the subject changed hands to politics and government healthcare. I learned that he does not oppose government sponsor healthcare, and for good reason. It seems his wife, a former medical assistant, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer. Since she could not work and did not have long-term health benefits, it forced her to pay healthcare cost out of her pocket. This is not to say her lifestyle was not healthy but many illnesses can be managed if we make better choices.

How To Live Healthy Lifestyle and Lose Weight.

It starts when you eat a well-balanced breakfast. If you choose not to start your day with the most important meal, you might as well not live a healthy lifestyle. You should never skip breakfast and no, I do not mean a biscuit or a doughnut with coffee. Maybe some oatmeal served with sliced apples? Or perhaps a heart healthy shake? When I’m pressed for time to cook my whole heart breakfast I drink Shakeology, the Healthiest Meal of the Day. Health issues like diabetes, obesity and heart disease can be managed if you make better choices. It cost too much money to spend on new drugs being developed so why not put your money into better foods with better ingredients. You get a better return on your investment and make fewer trips to the doctor’s office. The American Heart Association predicted there would be over 1 million heart attacks in 2012. That’s a good reason to start a work out routine each day. Whether you walk, run or lift weights, you have to make fitness part of your lifestyle.
