Mike TheNrgizer – My Fitness Journey.
My name is Mike TheNrgizer. I started on the P90X journey and I have not turned back. When I think about “The Nrgizer” name, I think about energizer batteries (the energizer bunny keeps going, and going,…), I think about being able to do more than what people expect, I think about constant energy, I think about how can I be more energetic in my everyday life. That’s what Mike TheNrgizer is all about.
What would motivate you to get healthy and fit? Could it be your last doctor’s visit? Could it be cancer? Could it be diabetes? What will it take to get you sick and tire of being sick and tired? If you always do what you’ve always done, you always get what you always got. Something has to change. Something inside of you has to click. That’s what happened to me.
I got sick and tire of being sick and tired. I got sick and tired of feeling sluggish.
How do you get healthy and fit?
To get healthy and fit, you have to make small changes.
The clean foods plan helped me
The eat clean diet plan was huge but only a fraction of the equation. I took a fitness assessment through my company gym, where a good friend of mine helped direct my fitness path. The test showed what areas I needed work on the most. I worked too long and hard to let anything stand in the way of my goals.
How did Mike “The Nrgizer” get physically fit?
I worked out with my wife at a neighborhood gym, where I was introduced to the P90X routines. I had so much energy and excitement for the exercises, the instructor nicknamed me “The Nrgizer”. While at the gym, I stumbled upon a small group doing Insanity twice a week. The group participation experience inspired me to buy the Insanity workout online. The Insanity program helped me get into the best shape of my life. I combined the Insanity program with Shakeology to maximize my results. It was muscular endurance training at its best. After doing 2 rounds of Insanity, I took my craziness to a new level with Insanity: The Asylum. Watch video below for sneak preview.

I help many people get healthy with my clean foods list. Because of my results, people asked me for weight loss advice. I am both a certified personal trainer and coach. I become a Beachbody Coach because I want to have an impact on other peoples’ lives. My focus as coach is to help people I coach get healthy, and help the coaches on my team reach their financial goals.
